Dr. Anand Poddar

True leadership is defined by the ability to see potential where others see obstacles. With a distinguished professional journey spanning over 28 years, Dr. Poddar has emerged as a powerhouse in India's developmental and industrial landscape. His career is a rare blend of corporate strategy and a deep-rooted mission to uplift the "Bottom of the Pyramid."
A Pharmacy graduate with an MBA, he was conferred the prestigious D.Litt from the University of South America. Today, he holds key executive roles in India's apex industry bodies, including CII and FORTI, actively shaping policies for national commerce and green economies.
Beyond the boardroom, Dr. Poddar is a seasoned development professional with a heart for social equity. He has been instrumental in designing and executing large-scale projects focused on:
- Education & Skill Development: Mobilizing young masses to become future-ready leaders.
- Livelihood Generation: Creating sustainable economic pathways for SHGs and rural communities.
- Environmental Stewardship: Pioneering initiatives in Waste Management, Water Sanitation, and Circular Economy.
Established as a non-profit, FUISI is the platform where his vision for a "Self-Reliant India" meets the modern startup economy. Under his leadership, FUISI serves as the national bridge between raw innovation and market success.
